One of the most important aspects of membership is the ability to make reservations for where and when you want to travel.

With any shared use solution, availability can be a challenge. This said, the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club will maximize availability, fairness and travel flexibility by incorporating the following key features:

• A low member-to-home portfolio ratio
• Strategic use of leased assets, e.g., European villas during peak summer periods
• Flexibility for members to redeem their Club nights for world-wide travel or participating A&K European villas in our Travel Credit program
• A best-in-class approach for fairly managing holidays and peak demand periods through a proprietary “Priority Booking Window” procedure

In addition, members have password-protected access to the Club’s members-only website where you can check availability, make real-time reservations, view each home in detail and receive important updates.
