The Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club currently offers three categories of equity memberships, each one tailored to fit the needs and lifestyles of our members.

Upon joining the Club, members pay a one-time membership capital contribution. These funds are used to purchase the debt-free properties that are owned by the Club.

Members pay annual dues and capital reserves to cover recurring costs. These include maintaining the Club’s assets to the highest standards, delivering exceptional service and providing additional and unique travel experiences.  View our pricing chart.
