In order to provide an extraordinary and enduring Club, Abercrombie & Kent carefully devised an equity membership structure with members' best interests in mind. Our members own the Club and the Club owns a portfolio of debt-free residences. As the Club’s manager, Abercrombie & Kent Management Co. LLC is responsible for expanding the Club and its property portfolio, providing exceptional service and support to members and managing and maintaining the Club's assets to exacting standards.

Key components of this equity structure include:

• The Club entity (Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club) is owned 100% by the members
• The Club owns a diversified portfolio of debt-free properties
• The Club is governed with the active involvement of members
• The Club's manager is held accountable to the member-owners through transparent financial reporting, including annually audited financial statements
