A dedicated Global Experience Manager is assigned to each member, assisting in everything from membership management to reservations to regional overviews. Consider him or her your personal guide, ensuring you enjoy the ultimate destination club experience.

From the moment you make a reservation with the Club, your Global Experience Manager will follow-up with everything you need to know about that destination. You can count on your Global Experience Manager to:

  • Provide driving directions and maps to the area, activity lists and helpful hints about each destination
  • Arrange ground transportation - very helpful in international destinations that have a language barrier
  • Find out activities you'd like to participate in and make those plans for you
  • Help you determine which restaurants you'd like to try by sharing our expert knowledge and feedback we've received. We'll also make the dining reservations for you
  • Help you plan a party or gathering for family or friends during your stay
