Your Global Experience Manager is always available to help you with everything you need to plan your vacation - whether it's how to use the reservation system or questions about your membership.

Since each Global Experience Manager is assigned a limited number of members, he or she will have plenty of time to proactively think about and help plan your next vacation. In fact, throughout the year, your Global Experience Manager will send you personalized travel ideas based on your interests.

He or she will always inform the Destination Host about your needs and preferences, so when you arrive at your destination, you'll find everything you desire waiting for you.

You will also receive ample communications from the Club throughout the year. As an equity club, one of our key tasks is to stay completely transparent with you and involve you in Club decisions, if you choose. You'll be apprised of Club updates and be provided with audited financial statements every year.
